Autumn is well and truly here, but a bit damp for my liking. I love cold crisp days with bright sunshine and blue skies, but there is too much precipitation in the air at the moment! These wonderful pumpkins and squashes were on display in the organic Whole Foods shop in Camden.
I was inspired to make roasted butternut squash, carrot and parsnip soup, with warm spices, and very nice it was too!
Love the colours and displays!
