I made some lemon curd yesterday, for Susan's edible Birthday gift. I gave her The Gentle Art of Knitting by the wonderful Jane Brocket (look at her marvellously inspiring blog at www.yarnstorm.blogs.com) as well. It's a great book, I have made lots of things from it, and she has a really engaging writing style.
Lemon curd is yummy ! There is another really nice recipe for something similar but using bananas. I have the recipe but can't find it anywhere. It is totally divine and it is very hard to resist sitting there with the jar and a spoon and eating it all. One day I will find it and share the recipe, you would love it !

This makes me crave scones with clotted cream! And maybe some lovely strawberry preserves, too.
